Over the last year I've been navigating one of the biggest transformation and transitions of my life Stepping away from my medical practice after thirty one years and joining our local hospice. This wasn't just a career shift It was a personal journey that required me to dig deep and rediscover what truly lit me up. So during that time an unfortunately my husband's battle with cancer demanded a lot of emotional and mental bandwidth.
But through it all I've come out on the other side with a renewed sense of purpose. He unfortunately is still battling cancer But I tell you what boy have I learned a lot over the last year. I'm now focusing on what really brings more joy and fulfillment in my life and my hypno therapy and coaching and hospice work really helped fill the bill for me.
