Julia Bowlin was born in Versailles, Ohio and has lived in the area most of her whole life. As a child, she was always interested in the medical field. She attended Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and received her MD in June, 1993. Dr. Bowlin did her Family Medicine Residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Dayton, Ohio from July 1993-August, 1996.
She is married to Rick Bowlin, M. D., a local practicing Internal Medicine Physician has two children, Britton & Josie. She & her family reside in Greenville, Ohio, which is located in Darke County, Ohio.

Dr. Bowlin has always been a very dedicated physician, and contributes so much to her patients’ well-being. She is very ambitious and attends medical seminars regularly in an effort to continue providing a vast array of care to her patients. She is known as a very compassionate, caring individual, who displays this at every encounter with her patients. Dr. Bowlin cares deeply for her patients and those around her, and demonstrates this by her many charitable contributions to the community. She supports local students interested in the medical field, not only monetarily, but allowing those students to come into the office for job shadowing or observing her during her daily patient encounters.
